Job Summary:

The Wealth Relationship Manager (RM) plays a vital role in providing personalized investment and financial solutions to high-net-worth clients. This position is focused on building strong, long-lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service and tailored advice that aligns with each client’s financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth clients through exceptional service and proactive relationship management.
  • Assess clients' financial needs and goals, providing tailored wealth management strategies and solutions.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjust strategies in accordance with market conditions and client objectives.
  • Educate clients on investment products, financial markets, and wealth management risks to enhance their decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and execution of client strategy.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and maintain compliance.
  • Attend networking events and client meetings to cultivate relationships and expand the client base.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and market trends.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proven ability to manage client portfolios and deliver high-quality service.
  • Must hold relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
  • Additional certifications in specialty areas, such as estate planning or tax advisory.
  • Experience with technology platforms in wealth management, including CRM and portfolio management tools.
  • Established network within the finance and investment community.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through team collaborations or mentoring others.
