Business Banking Relationship Manager (Working Capital)
Job Summary:
The Business Banking Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in managing and
nurturing relationships with business clients seeking working capital
solutions. This position is responsible for understanding clients' needs and
providing tailored financing options, contributing significantly to the
organization’s financial growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients to
understand their working capital requirements.

Analyze financial statements and credit profiles to assess the
creditworthiness of potential clients.

Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products to
enhance clients’ overall banking experience.

Prepare and present financing proposals within the ticket size range of 50
Lakhs to 50 Crores, ensuring alignment with client needs and risk
assessment.

Work collaboratively with credit and risk management teams to facilitate the
approval process of working capital loans.

Provide ongoing support and advice to clients post-financing to ensure
satisfaction and assist with any future financing needs.

Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes that could impact
clients' businesses and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field;
MBA is preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking or relationship
management, particularly in working capital solutions.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and
make sound decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with
clients and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
