Current Account Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

The Current Account Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in fostering strong client relationships and driving current account growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present reports on account performance metrics, focusing on retention rates and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of current account products and services, including features, benefits, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and CRM software applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Experience with digital banking platforms and innovation in finance.
  • Certification in Financial Planning or Wealth Management.
  • Strong networking capabilities with a good understanding of the local business landscape.
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
