Job Description: Bank Officer (CA/SA) – Associate Manager
Role Overview
Responsible for acquiring new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA)
customers, driving business growth through relationship management and
cross-selling banking products.
Key Responsibilities

Acquire new CA/SA customers through field sales and referrals

Generate leads via networking, cold calling, and market mapping

Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers

Cross-sell banking products like loans, insurance, and forex services

Ensure KYC and compliance as per bank guidelines

Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Eligibility

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline

1–5 years experience in sales (preferably banking/NBFC)
