Teller
Job Summary:
The Teller plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while
efficiently processing transactions. This position serves as the first point
of contact for customers, ensuring their banking needs are met with accuracy
and professionalism, which contributes to the overall positive experience at
our branch.
Key Responsibilities:

Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and
efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and
resolving issues regarding their accounts.

Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and contribute to
branch goals.

Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to security procedures to prevent
losses.

Assist customers with account updates, new account openings, and closing
accounts as needed.

Conduct transactions in compliance with regulatory and internal policies and
procedures.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in a banking or customer service role is a plus.
