Credit Manager (Working Capital)
Job Summary:
The Credit Manager (Working Capital) plays a crucial role in managing the
organization's credit policies and procedures to optimize cash flow and
minimize financial risks. This position is responsible for assessing
creditworthiness, managing the credit portfolio, and fostering strong client
relationships to support business growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement credit policies and procedures that align with the
company's financial objectives and risk appetite.

Analyze credit data and financial statements to evaluate the
creditworthiness of potential and existing clients.

Monitor and manage the credit portfolio to minimize risk and ensure timely
collections while fostering positive customer relationships.

Collaborate with sales and finance teams to set credit limits and terms that
support sales while safeguarding company assets.

Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts, identifying potential risk
factors, and taking appropriate action when necessary.

Prepare detailed reports on credit status, delinquency trends, and risk
exposure for senior management.

Lead negotiations for payment terms with clients, ensuring that agreements
balance customer needs with company policies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or
related field.

Proven experience in credit management, financial analysis, or a related
area (typically 5+ years).

Strong knowledge of credit assessment techniques and financial regulations.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly
Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
