Sales Manager-GL

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly Gold Loan sales and disbursement targets.
• Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) and Existing-to-Bank (ETB) customers.
• Generate business through branch referrals, DSAs, direct sourcing, and market activities.
• Conduct market surveys and competition mapping to identify business opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with jewellers, referral partners, and local influencers.
• Ensure quality sourcing and maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
