Acquisition Manager (CASA)
Job Summary:
The Acquisition Manager (CASA) will lead strategic initiatives to drive the
growth of our CASA (Current Account Savings Account) portfolio. This role is
pivotal in identifying new acquisition opportunities, enhancing customer
outreach, and optimizing our client onboarding process to boost customer
satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective acquisition strategies to attract new CASA
customers while maximizing cross-selling opportunities.

Analyze market trends and customer data to identify target segments and
improve acquisition tactics.

Collaborate with internal teams to design customer-centric onboarding
processes that ensure a seamless experience for new clients.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition
and retention, providing actionable insights and reports to senior
management.

Participate in the development of marketing campaigns focused on promotion
and awareness of CASA offerings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
marketing and product teams, to align on acquisition goals.

Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market and adjust
strategies accordingly.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a
related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a banking or financial services
acquisition role, specifically focusing on CASA.
