Job Description: Bank Officer (CA/SA) – Associate Manager | IDFC FIRST Bank

Role Overview

Responsible for acquiring new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers, driving business growth through relationship management and cross-selling banking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new CA/SA customers through field sales and referrals
• Generate leads via networking, cold calling, and market mapping
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers
• Cross-sell banking products like loans, insurance, and forex services
• Ensure KYC and compliance as per bank guidelines
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Eligibility

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
• 1–5 years experience in sales (preferably banking/NBFC)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
