Branch Relationship Manager - HNI

Job Summary:

The Branch Relationship Manager for High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) plays a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining enduring client relationships. This position is responsible for providing personalized financial solutions and superior service to affluent clients, ultimately driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to attract and engage High Net Worth Individuals, ensuring personalized service delivery.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored investment solutions.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review investment performance and recommend adjustments to portfolios based on changing market conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client offerings and improve service delivery efficiencies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue referrals from existing clients to expand the client base.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide informed advice and maintain competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations and internal policies while maintaining high ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory services.
  • Proven track record of managing HNI relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical abilities with sound understanding of investment products and financial markets.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams when necessary.
  • Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with financial planning, estate management, or fiduciary services.
  • Established network of affluent contacts and referrals in local market.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies in response to evolving market conditions and client needs.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus, facilitating broader client engagement.
