Senior AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, LLMs, and MLOps to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions into production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern GenAI technologies, cloud platforms, AI/ML frameworks, and end-to-end AI product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions to meet business needs.
• Build production-grade LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, and NLP applications.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify AI opportunities and solutions.
• Develop scalable AI pipelines using cloud and MLOps practices.
• Implement CI/CD automation for AI/ML solutions to streamline development processes.
• Drive AI innovation and best practices across the organization to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and production AI deployments.
• Proficient in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, CI/CD tools, and DevSecOps methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing analytics and/or content supply chain.
• Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives from conception to delivery.
• Proven track record in delivering high-impact AI/ML products.
