R&R Analytics and Reporting Lead - Sr. Manager
Job Summary:
The R&R Analytics and Reporting Lead - Sr. Manager plays a crucial role in
designing and implementing strategic rewards and recognition (R&R)
initiatives for employees and advisors. This position combines data analysis
and financial oversight to track program effectiveness, guiding improvements
that ultimately enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement specific R&R initiatives that align with
organizational goals and employee engagement strategies.

Conduct comprehensive data analysis to track the success of R&R
programs, including participation rates, performance improvements, and
return on investment (ROI).

Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior leadership,
providing insights into program effectiveness and recommending adjustments
as needed.

Monitor budget allocation for rewards, ensuring compliance with financial
constraints and responsible spending.

Collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to guarantee an
accurate and timely fulfillment process for rewards and recognition.

Utilize master data visualization and predictive analytics tools to create
clear, actionable reports for various stakeholders.

Develop expertise in financial and data analysis techniques for evaluating
program cost-benefit ratios effectively.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a
related field; Master’s degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or a similar role,
preferably within a rewards and recognition context.

Proficient in data analytics tools and software, including Excel, Tableau,
or similar data visualization tools.

Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
