Zonal Business Head - Variable Agency
Job Summary:
The Zonal Business Head for Variable Agency plays a crucial role in driving
the strategic growth and operational excellence of our agency network within a
specified region. This position is designed for a talented leader who can
inspire teams, foster relationships, and implement innovative solutions to
maximize performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the agency's market presence
and achieve revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of agency managers and
agents to deliver superior client service.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth
opportunities and mitigate risks.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
to drive business development.

Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of agency
staff to ensure excellence in service delivery.

Monitor financial performance of the region and implement necessary actions
to enhance profitability.

Conduct regular performance reviews and develop initiatives to improve
operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a
related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or
agency management within the insurance or financial services industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams
effectively.
