Business Analyst (ITAD)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to partner with business and technology teams in delivering enterprise solutions across IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), Asset Management, and Supply Chain platforms. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into functional requirements, drive cross-functional collaboration, and support successful solution delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis (40%)

• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, user stories, AS-IS/TO-BE process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify business process improvements, risks, dependencies, and implementation impacts.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability and obtain stakeholder approvals.

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management (35%)

• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, engineering, and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, project planning, and release activities.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items, providing timely status updates.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project execution.

Solution Validation & UAT (25%)

• Support development teams by clarifying business requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Develop and coordinate UAT scenarios, test cases, and business validation activities.
• Validate delivered solutions against approved requirements and support production deployments.
• Assist with user training, documentation, and defect triage to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise technology organizations.
• Experience in ITAD, Asset Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics domains preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience working with cross-functional business and engineering teams.
