The Business Leader – Microsoft Cloud will be responsible for driving growth, strategy, and execution across the Microsoft Cloud portfolio, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, Business Applications, and related cloud services. This role will own business performance, partner ecosystem development, and go-to-market execution to accelerate cloud adoption, revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer value.
Define and execute the Microsoft Cloud business strategy aligned to organizational growth objectives, market opportunities, and partner priorities.
Own revenue, gross margin, consumption, renewal, and customer acquisition targets across Microsoft Cloud offerings.
Lead go-to-market planning for Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, Modern Work, and cloud transformation solutions.
Build and strengthen relationships with Microsoft stakeholders, strategic partners, resellers, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
Drive partner enablement programs focused on sales readiness, technical capability, cloud migration, security, compliance, and managed services.
Identify new growth opportunities across industries, workloads, solution areas, and customer segments.
Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, marketing, operations, finance, and technical teams to deliver integrated cloud business outcomes.
Monitor business performance through dashboards, pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy, incentive programs, and profitability analysis.
Ensure governance, compliance, and operational excellence across cloud sales motions, licensing, renewals, and customer lifecycle management.
Represent the organization in executive customer meetings, partner forums, business reviews, and strategic Microsoft engagements.
15+ years of experience in technology sales, cloud business leadership, partner ecosystem management, or enterprise solution selling.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Security, and cloud licensing models.
Proven track record of leading high-growth cloud businesses, managing Recurring revenue business models, revenue targets, and building scalable partner-led sales motions.
Experience working with Microsoft, channel partners, resellers, enterprise customers, and cross-functional internal teams.
Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into actionable go-to-market plans and measurable outcomes.
Strong commercial acumen across pricing, incentives, renewals, profitability, consumption growth, and customer lifecycle management.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market shifts, cloud adoption trends, and growth opportunities.
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across customers, partners, and Microsoft.
Ability to lead through influence across matrixed teams and multi-stakeholder environments.
