2. Resources are supposed to be available if they are not available on certain dates then please inform prior

3. Availability should be flexible and non - negotiable ( the schedules are given by client) and the expectations are that all the candidates should be available on the given timings by the client.

4. If the candidates get shortlisted in all the interviews then we need to make sure that they joined and there are no planned leaves for 1 months from the day of joining.
