Assistant HR Learning & Development
Job Summary:
The HR Learning & Development plays a pivotal role in shaping the future
of our workforce by designing and implementing transformative training
programs. This position is essential for fostering a culture of continuous
learning and enhancing employee performance, ultimately driving organizational
success.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned
with business goals.

Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and tailor
training programs accordingly.

Oversee the implementation of training programs, ensuring delivery is
effective and engaging for all employees.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and
assessment tools to ensure continuous improvement.

Collaborate with department heads to facilitate leadership development and
succession planning initiatives.

Manage the training budget, allocate resources efficiently, and report on
training ROI.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously integrate
innovative learning methods.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a
managerial role.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
motivate and engage diverse audiences.

Ability to analyze data and generate reports that inform training
effectiveness.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple
