Regional Head - NRI Business
Job Summary:
The Regional Head for NRI Business oversees the strategic development and
growth of services tailored for non-resident Indians (NRIs). This role is
critical in driving customer engagement, expanding market presence, and
enhancing overall service quality to meet the unique financial needs of NRIs.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth in the NRI
segment across the region.

Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to
achieve sales targets.

Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt service offerings and
optimize customer satisfaction.

Monitor financial performance and prepare reports to present strategic
insights to senior management.

promoting ethical standards within the team.

Requirements:
