Direct Reporting: Branch Head

Job Description:

• Cross-sell target of CASA & Liabilities a/c to existing RFS, GL, HL customers by meeting customers daily during DB and opening SA/Family Accounts, activating Net banking, Mobile Banking, QR Code, Sound box etc.
• Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels campaigns, branch walk ins, referrals from existing customers/ family accounts and other branch level marketing activities
• Achieving overall numbers and value targets as per scorecard.
• Ensuring timely opening of accounts and giving smooth on boarding experience.   

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Both Fresher & Experience with rural exposure.
• Graduation and above
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred.
