Relationship Manager - NRI Segment
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager for the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) segment plays a
crucial role in fostering and maintaining client relationships with NRIs,
ensuring high-quality service and tailored financial solutions. This position
is pivotal in driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction
through a deep understanding of the unique needs of NRI clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients to understand
their financial needs and objectives.

Offer personalized financial advice and solutions, including investment
portfolios, insurance products, and banking services.

Conduct regular meetings and consultations with clients to review their
financial status and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and
resolve client inquiries promptly.

Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes
that affect NRI clients.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products to
enhance client portfolios.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in banking, finance, or client relationship
management, preferably with NRI clients.

Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market
dynamics relevant to NRIs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with
diverse clients.

Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable
insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to specific

Preferred Qualifications:
