Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NRI Relationship Manager to
join our esteemed banking institution. As an NRI Relationship Manager, you
will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with Non-Resident
Indian (NRI) clients, ensuring their financial needs are met, and offering
tailored banking solutions to enhance their overall banking experience. Your
expertise in portfolio management and knowledge of the banking industry will
be instrumental in achieving our business objectives and maintaining client
satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
NRI Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients, understanding their
financial goals, needs, and preferences. Act as the primary point of contact
for NRI clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing prompt
assistance.
Portfolio Management:
Utilize your 5-7 years of experience in managing portfolios for NRI clients in
any other bank to effectively handle our clients.
Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities to expand the NRI
client base and increase the bank's market share in the NRI segment. Develop
and execute strategic plans to attract and on-board new NRI clients.
Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with banking regulations, tax
laws, and other compliance requirements pertaining to NRI banking.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidate must have a Master’s degree
5-7 years of proven experience in managing NRI clients and portfolios in a
banking environment.
Must have a portfolio of NRI clients in previous organisation
In-depth knowledge of banking products and services related to NRI banking.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust with clients and provide exceptional customer
service.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Familiarity with relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Should have knowledge of Forex Remittances (retail as well as trade) to
facilitate the customers.
