Manager / DGM - Land Legal
Job Summary:
The Manager / Deputy General Manager in Land Legal will play a pivotal role in
shaping our land acquisition strategy and compliance framework in Delhi. This
position focuses on ensuring that all legal aspects related to land matters
are thoroughly managed, contributing significantly to our projects in
renewable energy, infrastructure, and real estate.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of land acquisition processes, ensuring
compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Conduct thorough land title verification and due diligence to mitigate legal
risks in acquisition transactions.

Draft and review legal documents such as sale deeds, lease deeds, and land
agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Engage with government authorities and legal stakeholders to facilitate
smooth land acquisitions and resolve any disputes.

Handle land-related disputes and compliance matters, executing strategies to
minimize potential legal challenges.

Stay updated with changes in land, property, and revenue laws to ensure
adherence within all legal frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and
industrial projects involving land use and acquisition.
Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in land legal matters, specifically in land
acquisition and compliance.

Strong knowledge of land title verification processes and due diligence
practices.

Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale deeds, lease deeds,
and other land agreements.

Solid understanding of land, property, and revenue laws applicable in the
region.

Prior experience dealing with government authorities and managing
relationships with legal stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage land-related disputes effectively and implement
compliance strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; additional certifications in
land law preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
