Sales Manager - Packaging Solutions

Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager for Packaging Solutions at JK Paper Group, you will spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies for our innovative packaging products. You will significantly impact revenue growth and profitability across various sectors by cultivating strong client relationships and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for packaging products including corrugated boxes, folding cartons, and flexible packaging.
  • Drive volume growth, revenue, and profitability across key sectors such as FMCG, Pharma, E-commerce, and Industrial.
  • Manage pricing strategies based on trends in raw materials including paper, kraft, and polymers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Identify and onboard new clients across various industries while developing tailored packaging solutions.
  • Lead techno-commercial discussions and successfully close large-volume contracts.
  • Manage relationships with key corporate clients and ensure long-term contracts and customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of packaging products and materials.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proven strategic thinking with a focus on execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in cost management.
