Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete administration function for the plant and township.

Manage administration of large industrial assets, office infrastructure,
guest houses, residential colonies, and common facilities.

Oversee township management, including maintenance, housekeeping,
horticulture, utilities, and employee welfare facilities.

Drive end-to-end facility management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Manage security operations, access control, surveillance systems, and
emergency preparedness.

Handle transportation and fleet management for employees and plant
operations.

Lead vendor management, including vendor selection, contract management,
service delivery, SLA monitoring, and cost optimization.

Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance related to administration,
facility management, and contract workforce.

Manage annual administration budgets and identify opportunities for cost
savings without compromising service quality.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders including HR, Finance, Operations,
EHS, Procurement, and Project teams.

Supervise contract manpower deployed across administration functions.
-
Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and governance
frameworks.

Ensure high standards of housekeeping, infrastructure maintenance, and
workplace safety across the plant and township.

Support plant leadership during audits, inspections, VIP visits, and major
organizational events.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification
preferred).

12+ years of experience in administration within large industrial plants.

Mandatory experience in managing administration for power plants or other
large manufacturing/industrial assets.

Proven experience in township administration and facility management.

Strong expertise in vendor management, contract administration, and service
delivery management.

Sound knowledge of statutory compliances related to administration and
contract labour.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving
skills.

Ability to manage multiple vendors and large administrative teams
effectively.
