DM / Manager – Customer Service

Job Description:

• Drive business development across public and private sectors with a focus on indigenous coal operations and local ecosystem understanding.
• Manage end-to-end customer relationships and coal contracts, including coordination with CIL, subsidiaries, Railways, and private IPPs.
• Handle contract administration, tender documentation, and support bid submissions.
• Coordination with field units and head office.
• Prepare MIS, budgets, reconciliation reports, and ensure timely billing and payment follow-ups.

Additional Qualification (Preferred)

MBA/PGDM (Marketing & Finance) with any Graduation. Preferable from Commerce background

Basic accounting knowledge, Commercial knowledge, MS Office

Preferred Companies/Industries

Any Indigenous coal logistics Company/ Power sector/IPP

Preferred related experience / skills

Must be fluent in local language, Smart, Intelligent, open to travel, good communication skill, team player and analytically strong.
