Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, and
logistics projects.
Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project progress, timelines, costs, and quality.
Conduct project meetings and prepare status reports for clients and senior
management.
Review engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical
documentation.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations, statutory approvals, and
EHS requirements.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage contract administration, procurement support, and change orders.
Oversee commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out activities.
Mentor junior project managers and engineers where applicable.
