Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Quality Manager
with a strong background in
Civil Construction and Utility Services
. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality standards,
monitoring construction activities, conducting inspections, ensuring
compliance with project specifications, and maintaining quality documentation
throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans
for construction projects.

Ensure all civil and utility works comply with project specifications,
contract requirements, and applicable codes.

Review construction drawings, method statements, and inspection test plans
(ITP).

Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
-
Monitor concrete works, structural works, finishing works, waterproofing,
and utility installations.

Verify material approvals and ensure incoming material inspections.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and project teams
regarding quality issues.

Maintain NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), CAPA (Corrective & Preventive
Actions), and quality records.

Ensure testing of construction materials through approved laboratories.
-
Monitor MEP utility works including water supply, drainage, firefighting,
HVAC coordination, and external utilities.

Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations.
-
Ensure ISO quality standards are followed.

Prepare quality reports and present findings to project management.

Train site engineers and contractors on quality procedures.

Participate in project handover and snag closure activities.
