Job Summary:

The Civil Project Manager plays a vital role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This position is integral to coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders, driving project execution while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to establish project goals and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Facilitate effective communication among teams, resolving any conflicts or issues that arise during project execution.
• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for regulatory compliance and client relations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a project manager within the civil engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
