Facility Manager (Technical)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technical facility operations for commercial buildings, corporate offices, IT parks, malls, hospitals, or industrial facilities.
• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of:
  • HVAC Systems (AHU, FCU, Chillers, VRV/VRF)
  • Electrical Systems (HT/LT Panels, Transformers, UPS, DG Sets)
  • Plumbing & Water Supply Systems
  • Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems
  • STP, WTP, RO Plants
  • BMS (Building Management System)
  • Elevators & Escalators
  • Access Control, CCTV & ELV Systems
• Prepare and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate breakdown maintenance and ensure minimum downtime.
• Manage annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and service vendors.
• Review contractor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Conduct technical inspections and facility audits.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to electrical, fire, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare maintenance reports, MIS, asset registers, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, tenants, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage facility budgets, maintenance costs, and procurement of spare parts.
• Lead and supervise technical teams including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
