PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Corporate Events Management (Domestic & International)
▪ Execute end-to-end logistics and operations for corporate events
▪ Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, GLA and other User departments)
to gather requirements and
finalize event plans.
▪ Liaise with event agencies, venues, production partners, and hospitality
vendors for seamless execution.
▪ Assist Manager to monitor event budgets, track expenses, and ensure
adherence to approved financial limits.
▪ Ensure timely delivery of all event milestones and adherence to quality
standards.
▪ Assist Manager conduct vendor coordination meetings and maintain trackers
if any
▪ Support international events including travel coordination, documentation,
and compliance requirements.
▪ Maintain sustainable relationship with external suppliers, partners &
vendors.
2.Travel Management (Domestic and International)
▪ Manage daily corporate travel operations including flight bookings, hotel
reservations, visa coordination,
ground transport, and special travel requirements.
▪ Ensure strict adherence to company Travel policies.
▪ Review vendor reports and submit for approvals
▪ Track travel spend data and manage periodic MIS reports.
▪ Coordinate with Users and Finance for invoice validation, reconciliation,
and timely vendor payments.
▪ Maintain updated travel database and documentation records.
3. SLA & KPI Ownership
• Track, monitor, and report defined SLAs and KPIs related to events and
travel operations.
• Maintain dashboards and performance trackers to ensure timely visibility of
service performance.
• Identify deviations, initiate corrective actions, and escalate issues to the
Manager – Events & Corporate
Services wherever required.
• Support continuous improvement by analysing trends and recommending process
enhancements.
4. Vendor Performance & Cost Optimization
• Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews covering quality, service
levels, adherence to timelines, and
compliance.
• Maintain feedbacks for vendor and coordinate performance discussions with
agencies, hotels, travel
partners, and other service providers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities across events and travel without
compromising quality or user experience.
• Support benchmarking, rate negotiations, and budget optimization
initiatives.
5. Compliance, Audit & Data Governance
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, travel guidelines, event approval
processes, and statutory
requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for travel operations, events, and vendor
engagements.
• Safeguard sensitive travel and event-related data with strict compliance to
data privacy, confidentiality, and
security protocols.
• Support periodic internal/external audits by providing accurate and timely
documentation.
MAJOR CHALLENGES
▪ Managing high volumes of requests with tight turnaround timelines.
▪ Handling last-minute event and travel changes.
▪ Balancing stakeholder expectations with policy compliance.

▪ ESG Reporting for GHG Audit Data to submit to Manager for review (Scope 03
emissions)

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience:
▪ 03 - 04 years of experience in corporate events, travel management,
hospitality, or corporate services.
▪ Experience in managing corporate events end-to-end is mandatory
▪ Experience in handling domestic & international (good to know, not
mandatory) corporate travel operations.
Functional Skills:
▪ Strong operational planning and execution skills
▪ Vendor coordination and cost tracking
▪ Budget management and expense reconciliation
▪ Strong Excel and MIS reporting capability
▪ Knowledge of domestic & international travel regulations
▪ Familiarity with T&E processes and compliance
▪ High comfort with event and travel management technologies
