What You Will Do

  • Drive end-to-end management of global operational claims including Short Weight, Quality, Light Load, Complaint, and Detention claims
  • Analyze claim documentation and shipment-related information to assess claim validity and determine resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across global operations to investigate and resolve claims effectively
  • Support claim settlement activities including calculations, approvals, recovery coordination, and credit processing
  • Identify recurring operational issues and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce future claims
  • Ensure all claims are processed within established service levels, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Communicate investigation findings, recommendations, and resolutions clearly to stakeholders
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing operational service and customer satisfaction

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2–4 years of experience in claims handling within shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, maritime, or related industries
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements
