What You Will Do
Drive end-to-end management of global operational claims including Short
Weight, Quality, Light Load, Complaint, and Detention claims
Analyze claim documentation and shipment-related information to assess claim
validity and determine resolutions
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across global operations
to investigate and resolve claims effectively
Support claim settlement activities including calculations, approvals,
recovery coordination, and credit processing
Identify recurring operational issues and recommend corrective actions to
improve efficiency and reduce future claims
Ensure all claims are processed within established service levels, quality
standards, and compliance requirements
Communicate investigation findings, recommendations, and resolutions clearly
to stakeholders
Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing
operational service and customer satisfaction
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2–4 years of experience in claims handling within shipping, logistics,
freight forwarding, maritime, or related industries
Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and
Outlook
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements
