The SAP TM analyst will be a part of an international team that designs,
develops and delivers new applications for Koch Industries. Koch
Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000
employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing,
trading, and investments. Koch Capabilities (KCC) is being developed in
India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation
in the IT function. As KCC rapidly scales up its operations in India, its

the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the
Koch Capabilities (KCC) over the next several years. Working closely with
global colleagues would provide significant international exposure to the

This position will work with the Georgia-Pacific Building Products IT
organization as a part of the Order to Cash team. This is a functional
role working closely with key business SMEs on day-to-day support, new
requirements, enhancements and projects. The selected candidate should
have hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP TM and demonstrate
initiative, analytical skills, and teamwork.

What You Will Need To Bring With You:

Collaborate on SAP IM/LE/TM processes in alignment with the Business
project.
Demonstrate deep expertise in Inventory Management, Logistics Execution
and Transportation Management with strong integration skills across the
logistics space (Yard Management, load optimizer) including proficiency
in S/4HANA landscape.
Supporting upgrades, enhancements, and future projects.
Triage and Troubleshooting customer-reported issues and assisting users
with day-to-day support.
Analyzing complex business problems to provide solution alternatives and
recommendations.
Partnering closely with business SMEs to deliver and support required
solutions; developing systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating requirements
into functional and technical solutions.
Driving enhancements and contributing to projects/upgrades across all
phases including requirements, design, development, testing, training,
implementation, and support.
Perform root cause and impact analysis, prepare documentation, and
deliver training as needed.
Creating and maintaining functional specifications, configuration
documents, and other documentation.
Developing and executing test plans including unit and integration
testing and coordination of user testing.
Working collaboratively with an extended team of SAP functional and
technical resources.
