Our Team
You will be part of a collaborative data and analytics team that partners
with global stakeholders across manufacturing and finance domains. The
team is focused on building reliable data solutions, driving continuous
improvement, and creating long-term value through data-driven
decision-making.
What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and
reporting solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS

Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to ensure data
accuracy and performance

Support debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of data
workflows

Develop and maintain data warehouse solutions, ensuring scalability and
reliability

Create and maintain design artifacts such as source-to-target mappings,
data flow diagrams, and RCA documents
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver
data solutions aligned with business needs

Apply understanding of BI concepts (OLTP vs OLAP) to design effective
data models and reporting structures

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation
and efficiency gains
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent
professional experience

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, BI
development, or related roles

Experience working with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Visual Studio
-
Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
-
Experience debugging and performance tuning SQL-based solutions

Experience working with data warehousing concepts and solutions
-
Experience working in an Agile environment

Experience supporting manufacturing or finance domain data solutions
What Will Put You Ahead

Experience with Python for data processing and automation

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS (S3, Lambda, Glue,
EC2, IAM) or Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, notebooks)

Experience building and deploying scalable data solutions in cloud
environments

Exposure to AI/ML initiatives and experimentation

Demonstrated experience delivering measurable business impact through
automation or AI-driven solutions

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
