Your Job
As a Salesforce Delivery Manager at Koch, you will lead the successful
delivery of
enterprise-scale Salesforce programs and digital transformation initiatives.
In this
role, you will provide leadership across delivery, architecture, stakeholder
engagement, and team development while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-
quality Salesforce solutions that create long-term value for our businesses.
You will
work closely with business partners, product teams, architects, and global
delivery
teams to enable innovation, improve business outcomes, and drive continuous
improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You Will Do
Delivery & Program Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs across multiple business units
and
geographies.
Manage program scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
Establish delivery governance, status reporting, metrics, and release
management
processes.
Ensure successful execution of Agile/Scrum projects and continuous improvement
initiatives.
Drive on-time, high-quality delivery while maintaining stakeholder
satisfaction.
Salesforce Technical Leadership
Provide technical oversight for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Review and approve solution architecture, design patterns, integrations, and
security
models.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards.
Guide teams in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, Platform
Events, and Integration frameworks.
Lead adoption of emerging Salesforce capabilities including Agentforce,
Einstein AI,
Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Stakeholder & Business Engagement
Partner with business leaders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and roadmap
planning.
Provide strategic recommendations for platform optimization and digital
transformation.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor Salesforce architects, technical leads, developers,
administrators,
and consultants.
Drive capability development, succession planning, and technical excellence.
Conduct hiring, onboarding, and performance development activities.
Build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Architecture & Integration Oversight
Oversee integrations with ERP, middleware, data platforms, and third-party
applications.
Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability of solutions.
Drive DevOps maturity using Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated
testing,
and deployment frameworks.
Reduce technical debt through modernization and platform optimization
initiatives.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
12+ years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce
platform experience.
5+ years of experience leading large-scale Salesforce delivery programs and
globally distributed teams.
Experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions across multiple business
units
and stakeholder groups.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud,
CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce development and integration technologies, including
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Platform
Events, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience implementing Agile delivery methodologies and managing program
governance, budgeting, risks, and dependencies.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the
ability to influence technical and business decisions.
What Will Put You Ahead
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect,
Technical
Architect, Platform Developer, or related credentials.
Experience leading enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation programs with
multi-
million-dollar budgets.
Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and AI-driven
Salesforce capabilities.
Experience designing and governing enterprise integration architectures using
middleware and cloud integration platforms.
Knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git-based deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines,
automated testing frameworks, and DevOps best practices.
Experience working within manufacturing, supply chain, shared services, or
complex
global enterprise environments.
Proven success driving platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and
adoption of scalable design patterns.
Demonstrated ability to mentor technical leaders and build high-performing
global
teams.
