Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and high-energy Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to
collaborate closely with our founders on critical business objectives. This
role is designed for a versatile generalist who thrives in a fast-paced
startup environment, committed to driving impactful outcomes and
customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the founders on priority initiatives spanning growth,
operations, and product development.

Own and execute key business outcomes from identifying challenges to
implementing effective solutions.

Act as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding user pain points
and ensuring every decision enhances their experience.

Build and scale teams, processes, and systems to support the growth of the
company.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
and pivots.

Lead cross-functional projects that drive efficiency and innovation within
the organization.

Foster a culture of customer obsession across all levels of the
organization.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from Tier-1 Delhi University colleges (SRCC, Hindu,
Hansraj, LSR, St. Stephen's, KMC, Ramjas, or equivalent) or other esteemed
national institutions.

2-4 years of professional experience in a high-ownership role within a
fast-paced startup or similar environment.

A customer-obsessed mindset, with a proven track record of actively engaging
with users to enhance their experience.

Demonstrated high agency and comfort with ambiguity, showcasing the ability
to create solutions in uncertain situations.

Fluency in Hindi and English, with excellent communication skills to engage
diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong sales and communication skills – ability to persuade and engage
various stakeholders effectively.

Experience in people management, with a knack for leading teams and
maximizing performance.

Background in food-tech, home services, hyperlocal businesses, or any
consumer-facing industry.

Knowledge or background in nutrition, dietetics, or food science.

Passion for cooking or a serious interest in food culture and trends.
