VP - Product

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead and drive innovative product strategies within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in product building, particularly in startups, and a deep understanding of AI technologies, to help shape the future of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development processes, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver exceptional product experiences.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction and identify growth opportunities.
• Define and track KPIs, utilizing metrics to drive continuous improvement and product optimization.
• Manage product lifecycle, gathering feedback and iterating on products to meet user needs effectively.
• Stay current with AI trends and technologies, integrating relevant advancements into product strategy and development.
• Mentor and lead junior product team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on product development in a startup environment.
• Proven track record in a senior product role (AVP or higher) in a technology-driven organization.
• Demonstrated experience working with AI technologies and methodologies for at least 2 years.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees will be considered a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools.
• Previous involvement in launching successful AI-driven products.
• Strong network within the startup ecosystem and familiarity with trends in technology innovation.
• Passion for user experience and design thinking approaches in product development.
