Credit Manager - Business Loan
Job Summary:
The Credit Manager for Business Loans plays a pivotal role in assessing the
creditworthiness of potential borrowers in the business sector. This position
is responsible for developing and implementing credit policies, ensuring
prudent lending practices, and fostering strong relationships with clients to
support their financial growth and stability.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate loan applications and financial statements to determine credit risk
and make informed lending decisions.

Develop and maintain credit policies and procedures that align with industry
standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct thorough credit analysis, including risk assessments and financial
modeling, to support loan recommendations.

Collaborate with sales and relationship managers to understand client needs
and provide tailored credit solutions.

Monitor existing loan portfolios, managing client relationships and
addressing any arising issues or concerns.

Prepare reports on credit performance, trends, and risk factors to inform
senior management and aid strategic planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit analysis or risk management,
preferably in business lending.
