Legal Litigation Specialist
Job Summary:
The Legal Litigation Specialist plays a critical role in our organization by
managing all aspects of litigation cases, ensuring that our legal interests
are protected and promoted. This position involves strategic analysis,
preparation of documentation, and representation in court, ultimately
contributing to the success of our legal objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough legal research to support litigation strategies and present
compelling arguments.

Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and
discovery requests.

Manage litigation cases from inception to resolution, coordinating with
clients, witnesses, and legal teams.

Represent the organization in court hearings and depositions, advocating on
behalf of our interests.

Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing counsel to minimize
litigation costs and risks.

Monitor and prepare reports on case progress, deadlines, and compliance with
court protocols.

Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on legal procedures and best
practices in litigation.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar license and in good standing.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a corporate or
law firm setting.

Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and court rules.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective advocacy.
- Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines and
high-pressure situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
