M4-IT Audit

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Execution & Leadership : Drive end-to-end IT audits, guiding the audit team to ensure timely completion.
• Report Review & Quality : Review audit reports for accuracy, risk articulation, and actionable remediation.
• Documentation Excellence : Ensure completeness and compliance of all audit workpapers.
• RBI Compliance : Adhere to RBI Master Directions on IT Governance, Cybersecurity, and Digital Lending.
• Cybersecurity & Cloud Risk : Assess VAPT, IAM, and cloud-native security frameworks (AWS/Azure).
• Senior Management Interaction : Present findings, articulate risks, and discuss remediation with IT leadership and the Head of Internal Audit.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Rich IT audit experience in Banking/NBFC.
• CISA certification (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of RBI IT & Cybersecurity guidelines.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure), IAM, and VAPT.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
