Senior - Data Analytics (Databricks)

Proposed designation:  Senior - Automation (data analytics)
Role type: Individual contributor
Reporting to  Assistant Manager 
Geo to be supported: Australia
Work timings: Full-time

Responsibilities
Provide expertise in solution development and automation to solve complex business problems.
Create and articulate solutions for clients that clearly demonstrate the benefits of data-driven decision-making.
Ability to run bespoke solutions, able to identify bugs to manage with relevant development team, ability to run Unit Testing to validate code creation.
Contribute to projects by completed assigned work and reporting progression to the project lead.
Contribute toward solution creation by show creativity with the aim of resolving the problem statement.

Qualifications

This role is for you if you have  the below
Educational qualifications : Computer Science

Additional certifications (if any): 

– SQL, ETL, Pyspark, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2), Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, and SQL Server, Databricks - mandate
 

Work experience
Minimum 3+ experience (post qualification) in Software Development/Automation developer
Skillset:
End-to-end understanding of SDLC
Ability to run bespoke solutions, able to identify bugs to manage with relevant development team
Strong experience in creating extensive test scripts, scope and coverage of solutions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication skills to be able to work with colleagues across geographies.
