Roles & responsibilities
•
Contract specialist lawyer with a demonstrated track record of reviewing
and negotiating various kinds of procurement contracts
•
A leader with experience of managing a pool of experienced lawyers who
provide required contract review, negotiation and related queries support,
and setting up a process to support various KGS business units
•
Responsible for hiring suitable candidates for the team, providing
relevant training to new joiners, maintaining regular communication with
the business units, setting up a process for smooth delivery of quality
services
•
Oversees team’s operations, staffing, execution and quality control
•
Help and support to junior and new members of the team
•
Second level review support
•
