Roles & responsibilities
Working as a Manager in this team, your responsibilities will be:
1) People management and quality assurance
•
Lead, mentor and develop a team of marketing executives, providing
day‑to‑day guidance and delivery support.
•
Ensure consistent quality of output across the team through defined
standards, processes and feedback.
•
Support performance management, capability building and day‑to‑day
prioritisation.
•
Foster a high‑performance, collaborative and delivery‑focused culture
within the Employer Brand team.
2) Collaboration & workflow management
•
Partner closely with UK/onshore employer brand and recruitment leads,
actively building a strong “one‑team” approach across geographies.
•
Coordinate with KGS teams (Content, Creative/Design, Digital, Brand and
Risk) and agencies to ensure seamless delivery.
•
Manage workflows, dependencies, approvals and timelines across multiple
initiatives.
•
Maintain clear, structured communication with stakeholders, providing
regular progress updates.
•
3) Strategic contribution
•
Support employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy, planning and
prioritisation.
•
Contribute to campaign road‑mapping and continuous improvement across
channels and formats.
•
Help evolve the employer brand approach as the function becomes
increasingly multi‑disciplinary.
4) Campaign build and execution
•
Support delivery of integrated end‑to‑end employer brand and recruitment
marketing campaigns, from brief through delivery, optimisation and
reporting.
•
Own delivery planning, ensuring work is completed on time, to brief and
within agreed scope.
•
Ensure all activity complies with brand, risk, data and governance
standards.
•
Be involved in agency briefings and concept reviews in consultation with
UK stakeholders.
3) Channels and audience engagement
•
Deliver campaigns across social, web, paid media, partnerships and other
relevant marketing channels, ensuring consistent employer brand messaging.
•
Guide and review content and messaging (copy development not essential,
but ability to shape and assess quality is important).
•
Support initiatives focused on awareness, engagement, community building
and conversion.
•
Support marketing delivery for virtual and hybrid recruitment events where
required.

the below
Educational qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or similar area of study.
Work experience
•
0+ years’ experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably
within:
•
Professional services, or
•
A global organisation with onshore/offshore engagement
•
3+ years’ experience managing and developing a marketing team.
•
Experience across the end‑to‑end marketing lifecycle, with some emphasis
on digital and social channels.
•
Employer Brand / recruitment marketing experience is an advantage
