Roles & responsibilities
We are recruiting for a Senior Data Analyst in the Quality and Risk Management team,
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership across the US and
India to understand business requirements, define analytical objectives,
and deliver data-driven solutions and actionable insights
•
Extract, cleanse, transform, validate, and integrate data from multiple
structured and unstructured data sources to ensure accuracy, consistency,
and reliability
•
Design, develop, and optimize scalable data models, datasets, and
automated data pipelines using tools such as Python, SQL, Databricks, and
Alteryx
•
Perform advanced data analysis using statistical methods, data mining
techniques, and exploratory analysis to identify trends, anomalies,
patterns, correlations, and business opportunities
•
Translate complex data findings into meaningful insights, recommendations,
and risk indicators to support strategic and operational decision-making
•
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and executive presentations
using Power BI, Excel, Power Point, Word
•
Leverage Generative AI and advanced analytics tools to improve
productivity, accelerate insight generation, and support innovative
analytical solutions while applying sound judgment and critical thinking
•
Create, maintain, and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs),
technical documentation, process flows, and technical specifications to
support governance, operational continuity, knowledge transfer, and
scalable support models
This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•
Qualifications: Graduate or a post graduate degree in Information
Technology or a related field from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute
Work experience
•
5-7 years of experience as a Data Analyst using Python, SQL, Power BI,
Excel, Gen AI, and platforms such as Databricks
Mandatory technical & functional skills
•
5–7 years of experience in data analytics, statistics or related
data-driven roles, with a strong track record of delivering business
insights and analytical solutions
•
Advanced experience designing, developing, and optimizing automated data
pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Python, SQL, and platforms/tools
such as Databricks and Alteryx
•
Advanced proficiency in designing and developing dashboards using Power
BI and DAX
•
Experience applying statistical methods to analyze data, detect patterns
and anomalies, identify
correlations, and generate actionable insights and recommendations
•
Demonstrated strong critical thinking, analytical problem-solving,
challenge assumptions, identify root causes, apply sound judgement
•
Experience leveraging Generative AI tools in analytics workflows, with
sound judgment in evaluating output quality and relevance
Preferred technical & functional skills
•
Experience with Databricks and Alteryx
•
Experience leveraging and embedding AI models in Python
•
Experience with GitHub, Version Control & CI/CD Automation
•
