Job Summary |
§
Knowledge of Strength of Materials, Numerical techniques like
Finite Element Method (
FEM & FEA
)
§
Knowledge of
Structural, Thermal and Fatigue Simulations
.
§
Responsible for Ls Dyna simulations using Hypermesh as
preprocessor
§
Experience in
Static Structural Linear and Non-Linear Simulation
§
Proficient in CAE tools like
Hypermesh &
Lsdyna
and result interpretation skills.
§
Ability to convert physical test problem into simulation Loads
and Boundary conditions.
§
Able to manage multiple assignments and tasks simultaneously
§
Should be able to interact with designers, understand and
convert their requirements to simulation inputs
§
Experience in debugging, solving convergence issues of
simulation as well as correlation activities

§
To drive the virtual testing and reducing the physical tests,
develop and improve of current best
practices of the computational methods to increase simulation accuracy.
§
Participate and support the potential product development
opportunities on a global level and
provide technical expertise towards design solution.
§
Willing
to learn new tools, technologies and methodologies.
§
Knowledge of Topology and Topography simulations
in Ls-opt are added advantage
.
§
Home appliances and Automotive experience is an added advantage.

§
