Responsibilities |
§
Develop MBD models and Perform Multibody Simulation using
Recurdyn Tool for Refrigerator and Water Purifier Products.
§
Perform design Iterations and Optimization studies to identify
possible design solutions to meet set targets
§
Should be able to do 3D CAD of simple parts and CAD
Simplification using NX CAD
§
Mutibody simulation with Flexible [Modal Flex / FEM Flex]
components
§
Need to verify the results using hand calculation and Corelate
CAE outcomes with Test Data
§
Develop Standard Operating Procedure – New / Update
§
Innovative thinking in providing design solutions, solving
customer pain points
§

Desired Profile |
§
Strong knowledge of Engineering Basics, Mechanisms, Kinematics
& Dynamics
§
Hands-on experience in Multibody Dynamics simulation using
RecurDyn (preferred), ADAMS, or MotionSolve
§
Solid understanding of rigid body mechanics, kinematics, and
dynamics
§
Experience with HyperMesh or equivalent pre-processing tools is
an added advantage
§
Knowledge of spring-damper systems and gear dynamics simulation
§
Familiarity with NTF, VTF, Modal Analysis, Frequency Response
Analysis (FRA), and Dynamic Stiffness Analysis
§
Application of Six Sigma tools in product and technology
development
§
Proficiency in CAD modelling (mandatory) – NX / Unigraphics
preferred
§
Experience in automation and process improvement initiatives
§
Awareness of latest tools, technologies, and industry trends
§
Strong communication skills
§
Korean language proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) is
an added advantage
§
Domain expertise in home appliances is preferred
