Key Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with SEC/client HSE requirements, Saudi regulations,
and company safety procedures.

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety assessments to identify
and control hazards.

Supervise and monitor high-risk activities such as electrical works, lifting
operations, excavation, hot work, and working at height.

Review and approve Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis, and Method
Statements before execution.

Manage Permit to Work activities and ensure compliance with safety controls.

Lead incident/accident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and
implement corrective actions.

Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training programs for
employees and subcontractors.

Monitor PPE compliance and ensure safe work practices are followed across
project sites.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and maintain all safety
records and statistics.

Coordinate emergency response drills and promote a strong safety culture to
achieve zero incidents.
Minimum Qualifications

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Science (Non-Engineering),
Occupational Safety, or a related discipline.

NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – Mandatory

IOSH Managing Safely / OSHA Certification – Preferred
