Contracts Engineer

Job Title: Contracts Engineer / Contracts Administrator
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Contracts Engineer / Contracts Administrator with 8–15 years of experience in EPC, infrastructure, or large construction projects . The candidate should have strong expertise in FIDIC (Red, Yellow & Silver Books), EPC contracts, contract administration, contractual correspondence, claims, EOT, variations, change management, and commercial risk management .

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Law.
• 8–15 years of contract administration/management experience.
• Strong EPC/Main Contractor background.
• Expertise in FIDIC, EPC Contracts, Claims, EOT, Variations, Contract Drafting, Contractual Notices, Commercial Management, Dispute Resolution, and Contract Compliance .
• Excellent English communication and contractual drafting skills.
• GCC/Saudi experience preferred.
• FIDIC Certification, MRICS, CPCM/CCCM, or PMP is an advantage
