Position : Lead Contract & Claims Manage

15+ years
of experience with strong exposure in Contract & Claims
Management.
• Minimum
10 years of GCC market
experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, arbitration, dispute
resolution, and claims management.
• Experience in infrastructure projects such as Railways, Highways,
EPC, or large-scale Govt projects.
• Hands-on experience in EOT claims, delay analysis, variation
management, and contractual correspondence.
• Exposure to international/domestic arbitration processes and Govt
contracts.
• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and project
planning/scheduling tools.
Preferred:
• RICS membership or certifications in Contracts/Claims/Arbitration
will be an advantage
