Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
BIM Information Manager
to lead information management, Common Data Environment (CDE) governance, and
digital delivery for large-scale infrastructure projects. The role will ensure
compliance with
ISO 19650
, manage BIM data standards, coordinate multidisciplinary information
exchange, and oversee digital handover and Asset Information Model (AIM)
delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Common Data Environment (Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM
360).

Develop and implement the Project Information Management Plan (PIMP).

Ensure compliance with ISO 19650, client EIRs, and Dubai/RTA BIM
requirements.

Coordinate BIM information exchange across Civil, Structural, MEP, and Rail
Systems.

Maintain data quality, metadata, version control, and document governance.

Support digital handover, Asset Information Models (AIM), and Digital Twin
integration.

Conduct BIM data audits and provide guidance on information management best
practices.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

10–15 years of BIM Information Management experience on large
infrastructure, rail, metro, or airport projects.

Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, CDE platforms (Aconex, ACC, BIM 360), data
governance, and digital workflows.

UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.

ISO 19650 or BIM Management certification is an advantage.
