Job Title: Civil Head – Substation & T&D EPC (KSA)
Job Purpose
Lead and manage all civil engineering activities for HV/EHV Substation and
Transmission & Distribution (T&D) EPC projects across engineering,
procurement support, construction, commissioning, and project handover.
Key Responsibilities

Lead civil engineering and site execution for multiple Substation &
T&D EPC projects.

Review and approve civil designs, drawings, specifications, and technical
documents.

Manage civil works including foundations, buildings, structural works,
roads, drainage, underground utilities, and fencing.

Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, commissioning,
clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance
with quality, safety, and client requirements.

Resolve technical issues, monitor project progress, and implement
corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco, SEC/National Grid, and relevant
international standards.

Support tendering, estimation, resource planning, and cost optimization.

Lead, mentor, and develop civil engineering teams.
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

20+ years of civil engineering experience, including 15+ years in the GCC
(Saudi Arabia preferred).

Strong EPC contractor experience in HV/EHV Substation, Transmission &
Distribution, and Power Infrastructure projects.

Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.

Strong knowledge of civil design, construction methodologies, project
management, QA/QC, and HSE practices.

Experience delivering EPC projects for major utility, power, or oil &
gas clients (e.g., Saudi Aramco, SEC/National Grid) is preferred.
